The Red Ape Family (TRAF) Episode NFT is like a video-based sports or a trading card. When you buy a TRAF NFT, you don’t own the IP, commercial and moral rights of the episode or its contents.
A TRAF Episode NFT does not give the owner copyright ownership of the video, featured NFTs or any other associated features (i.e., logos, voices, music, background art, sound effects, storyboards, animatics or any other incidental or accidental TRAF creation associated with the show).

You own the full rights to your original NFT if it features in the show as a character or artwork.
However, an IP and commercial rights waiver is required for the TRAF team to create derivative work based on your NFT (i.e., animation and voices).
